This client came to us by referral, after meeting with us they stated, “we loved your enthusiasm and ideas coupled with your long history and obvious portfolio of completed Renovation projects. We wanted our home built by your company.”
This project was horribly difficult due to the steep lot and zero room for staging building materials let alone parking for all the contractors that were needed onsite.
Our challenge was the structure was not built sound in the first place. We had installed a new foundation wall and point load location under the existing house. After the foundation was made sound we then started the task of cutting into the home’s roof system. As we cut in we added new point load location for the 3rd story, to include the garage system above the living area. The project came together finally in the summer of 2018 and is probably one of the most difficult but rewarding projects to date.
